Where will my phone number go on the tag?
Phone numbers are always placed on the back of the tags, with the exception of our new Wild Slide collar and harness tags. Check out our blog article, the Dog Tag Phone Number Guide!
Can I add a second phone number?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Turnaround time is approximately three weeks around this time of year. I try my best to get as many orders shipped during the week as possible, but since this is just a one person business, it can take up to the full two weeks. There is an option in the accessories section to Rush My Order! which will speed up the process and your order will be shipped within 3 days.
What will happen if I order the Rush My Order! item?
Selecting this option greatly speeds up the process of your order. Essentially, selecting this option moves your order to the front of the line. Your order will ship within 3 days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I ship all over the world. International shipping costs more for me to ship so you will see a price increase at checkout. The shipping time once I've dropped your package off at the post office increases as well. I've seen it take anywhere from one week to one month for packages to arrive across the world.
Help! I think my package might be lost.
Once a package has been shipped, it is no longer my responsibility. I have performed my duty and am not liable for missing packages. Unfortunately sometimes packages do get lost, that is out of my control. If your package has been MIA for over 30 days, please contact me and we will look into the problem.
What if I made an error during the order process?
If you entered incorrect information at the time of placing your order, send me a message as soon as possible. Be sure to include your order number so I can make the necessary changes.
If you receive your tag and realize the phone number is wrong on the back of the tag, send me a message within one week of receiving the package. I will check to see if the mistake was on your end or my end. If I made a mistake, I will resend your tag for free. If the mistake was made from your end at the time of the order, you will need to pay for a new tag and I will not remake the tag for free.
If you entered an incorrect shipping address at checkout and your package gets returned to me, you will need to pay the necessary shipping costs for me to resend the package to your correct address.
What metal should I choose for my tag?
This is mostly personal preference! Copper, brass, and aluminum are all great options. Here are the main notes about each one:
Copper: Copper will tarnish the quickest. It will turn from its shiny, almost rose gold color to a darker bronze over time. Luckily, it is easy to polish up and will look brand new. Check out the blog to see how this is done. Copper is also very durable. It is the most popular option.
Brass: Brass is my second favorite option. It will still tarnish, however it is a little slower than copper. You can clean brass the same way you can clean copper, refer to the blog for cleaning tips. Brass is also durable and the stamps show up nicely.
Aluminum: Aluminum is the softest of the three metal options. That means that it is the easiest to bend. If your dog is rough on tags, I do not recommend this option. Because of the softness of this metal, the stamps show up wonderful and are very deep in the metal. Aluminum won't tarnish like copper or brass, but still gets dirty. Cleaning is a little bit easier for this metal.
